According to recent public records, Rejoice Evermore All Natural Bakery & Cafe, a new independent concept, is on its way to Orange City. The establishment will be found at 1155 S Volusia Ave.

“The menu is going to be focusing mainly on cinnamon rolls, brownies, and waffles — all of which are offered in various configurations and flavors,” owner Tony Long tells What Now Orlando.

“We’ll have, of course, coffee, tea, boba tea, iced cocoa,” he adds.

“The space is fairly small, around 750 square feet in total, which includes kitchen, lobby, and everything.”

Currently, Long and his team are dealing with licenses and permits, but hope to open up the bakery soon, a concept he has identified as unique for the area.

“When we looked around the area, we noticed a real need for what we are doing. There are plenty of fast casual restaurants, but we did not see anyplace doing what we are planning to do. We hope to provide a unique product for locals who would otherwise have to drive all the way to Orlando for it.”
