What Now reported back in July on the news that JAI Restaurant Group was going big with new 7 Brew locations in Central Florida: a $75 million investment comprising 51 locations.

Now those plans are coming to fruition. Last week, the Orlando Business Journal reported that JAI Restaurant Group is at work on Deltona’s first 7 Brew, set to open in the growing area around Amazon’s fulfillment hub.

The new location will open “near Howland Boulevard,” the coverage says.

Currently featured drinks on the 7 Brew menu include the Original Pumpkin Blondie Breve, the Rocky Road Mocha, the Nightshade 7 Energy, and the Boo Raspberry Blue Pom Smoothie.

Most 7 Brew locations take a streamlined, drive-thru-only approach. Details on the layout for this location have not yet been revealed.

“Our secret sauce is not a flavor. It’s a feeling!” the 7 Brew website says. “Take a sip of any drink and joy hits you just as hard as that double-shot of espresso. Because getting your daily dose of energy isn’t just about quality and speed. At 7 Brew, it’s about the connections we make. We believe people are priceless, so we treat them like it. Our goal is to make your visit the happiest part of your day.”
