According to recent public records, a new independent establishment is headed to New Smyrna Beach. Sharky’s NSB will be found at 409 Flagler Avenue, a prime location in the coastal town.

Business Debut describes Sharky’s NSB as “a country beach bar with Southern-inspired food and full liquor service” that will serve “Southern bar favorites and a standout brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.”

Citing co-owner Pat Kennedy, Business Debut states that Sharky’s to “be taking the food and drink seriously but certainly not ourselves,” adding that “’Country Blue’s Biscuit Brunch’” will highlight what Kennedy calls the best biscuits he’s ever had, crafted from a recipe by Clancy Shorter, chef at The Waterfront in Orlando, which Kennedy owns.”

“Country on the coast,” a recent Instagram post says. “Coming soon.”
