According to a recently submitted plan review, the national coffee chain franchise PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans plans to expand its central Florida footprint.
Coming to 1952 S John Young Pkwy, the shop will land near establishments such as Lechonera El Jibarito and Dunkin.
For readers who are unfamiliar with PJ’s Coffee, the business was founded in New Orleans in 1978 and is known for its gourmet coffee that is “small batch roasted in 300lbs or less by Roastmaster Felton Jones, who alone has over 25 years of experience with PJ’s Coffee,” according to the business’s website.
What Now Orlando reached out to franchisee Ronald Lucas of Supreme Bean, LLC to inquire about the expansion, but could not obtain additional information by time of publication.
Nevertheless, the business offers some guiding advice for future patrons, “We highly recommend pairing an order of Beignets with our signature Café au Lait, which features our Dark Roast brew with steamed milk,” it shares.
