According to recent public records, a new independent restaurant is coming to Daytona Beach.
Shawarma and More, run by Ihab and Mohd Hamo, will be coming to 2518 S Atlantic Ave. Local readers may recognize the address as being near the former Stroud’s BBQ and Grill and Mulligan’s Lagoon.
What Now Orlando reached out to Mr. Hamo to inquire about the restaurant’s potential menu, ambiance, and opening timeframe, but he was not immediately available for comment.
Fortunately, a post on Google Maps sheds some light on the development: “Hello there , unfortunately we are not open yet the opening will be very soon, sorry for any inconvenience and we will definitely let you know when we open.”
