With locations in Weston and West Palm Beach, Ceviche Arigato is a “Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant serving up made-to-order, fresh cuisine with a delicious and fun twist.” Offering everything from sushi rolls and ceviche to other chef-created fusion choices, the restaurant is preparing to expand to a third location, this time in Orlando.

This week, What Now came across plan review documents showing the new Ceviche Arigato opening at 4898 S. Kirkman Rd., in the space formerly occupied by Ahi Sushi.

“Ceviche Arigato was born out of a deep love for both Peruvian and Japanese cuisine,” says the restaurant’s website. “Its founder, Rosemary Maruyama, with a rich culinary heritage, decided to blend the flavors of her two cultures to create a unique dining experience. The heart of the restaurant lies in the family’s treasured recipes, passed down through three generations.”

The menu in West Palm Beach includes a wide range of ceviche choices, along with sushi rolls, tiraditos, and Peruvian dishes like Lomo Saltado and Arroz Chaufa.

“Over the past 10 years, the restaurant has become a beloved fixture in the community, attracting both food enthusiasts and those curious about fusion cuisine,” the site continues. “The warm and inviting atmosphere, paired with exceptional food, has created a loyal following of customers who appreciate the restaurant’s commitment to quality and authenticity.”
