“The Pink House is Almost Ready” said a video posted on Instagram by @vivahealthy_winterpark on April 29.
“Each detail has been created with love to receive you in our little pink house,” says the post (the translation to English is ours). “We are coming very soon.”
Created by chef Maria Gabriela Toro, Viva Healthy is a cafe brand that is all about healthy food.
“In 2022, I embarked on a transformative journey that led to two profound realizations: my passion for cooking and the powerful connection between food and well-being. This revelation became the foundation of VIVA HEALTHY,” says a statement by the chef on the Viva Healthy website. “Today, VIVA HEALTHY represents the fulfillment of my vision. Cooking, creating, and innovating have always been my greatest passions, and now, my mission is to inspire and promote a unique, health-conscious lifestyle.”
What Now reached out to Toro on Friday to ask about plans for the Viva Healthy Winter Park launch. We’re especially curious to find out what aspects of the brand might be unique in this “pink house” form. Toro was not immediately available for comment.
Opening at 7612 University Blvd, Unit 21, Viva Healthy will join Unigold Shopping Center, a retail center that is also home to restaurants like Dragon Bowl Ramen and Sabor a Colombia Restaurant.
