Located at 4059 Thomas St. in Oxford, Candelaria Eatery & Cafe is a cafe and restaurant serving up breakfast, smash burgers & sandwiches, “fusion plates,” coffee, and more.
“Candelaria Eatery & Cafe has received glowing reviews for its authentic Latin flavors, friendly service, and fresh, made-to-order dishes,” says the restaurant’s website. “Guests praise the breakfast options, burgers, fusion plates, and Colombian bites, noting the high quality and welcoming atmosphere.”
Now, the owner of Candelaria is building on that success, preparing to launch a sister cafe concept right next door. It’s called Salbio Coffee & Bites, and it will be opening at 4060 Thomas St, Unit B01.
“We don’t have an opening date yet; we’re still working on the buildout,” Javier, owner of both Candelaria and Salbio, told What Now on Friday. “I took advantage of a little extra space to open a coffee shop in front, and I think people are looking forward to coming.”
Work on Salbio is going slowly but steadily, says Javier.
