Willy Buck’s Backyard Grill Looks to Be Opening Brick-and-Mortar Location

Located at 1322 N 14th St in Leesburg, Willy Buck’s Backyard Grill is a food truck that invites you to “experience the mouthwatering flavors of our smoked brisket and indulgent fried chicken sandwiches.”

Now, Willy Buck’s looks to be opening its first brick-and-mortar restaurant. This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork for Willy Buck’s Backyard Grill, opening at 1317 S 14th St.

Details about the restaurant are largely still under wraps, although the Willy Buck’s website does say the following: “Building Location Opening 2026.”

The menu features Buck’s Brisket, Buck’s Chicken (which includes fried or grilled chicken sandwiches and tenders), Hot Dogs, Smash Burgers, Pulled Pork, more. There are also classic sides like Coleslaw, Cornbread, Collard Greens & Cabbage, and Loaded Fries.

“At Willy Bucks Backyard Grill, we bring the thrill of off-road Jeep adventures to your plate with bold flavors and hearty portions,” the website says. “Located in Leesburg, FL, our quick service food truck and restaurant serves mouthwatering smoked brisket, tender pork, juicy chicken, burgers, and fried chicken sandwiches alongside irresistible sides like mac & cheese, collard greens, fries, and coleslaw. Whether you are fueling up after a ride or simply craving authentic comfort food done right, our backyard-inspired atmosphere promises great eats and good times for everyone.”
