Wyld Oaks, the upcoming mixed-use development opening in northwest Orange County, has been described as a kind of “city within a city,” developing over 215 acres, according to a development breakdown by Matthew Anderson Properties.
“Wyld Oaks represents something different — a debt-free, master-planned community designed around the ‘Live, Stay, Play, Shop, Dine, Heal, and Bark’ lifestyle that could reshape property values across Apopka and surrounding areas through 2026.”
There’s a lot to cover here—and keep an eye out for further coverage as retail and restaurant brands come to be attached to the project—but to start with, the development has already revealed one important feature: a fuel station and convenience store called Wyld Provisions.
“As the exclusive fuel provider for Wyld Oaks, Wyld Provisions will be a vital service hub for both residents and travelers of the recently expanded 429 Expressway,” said an announcement of Wyld Provisions last year.
“As thousands of new households continue to establish roots in, and adjacent to, Wyld Oaks, we’re thrilled to be growing alongside our neighbors, being a welcoming gateway for the community, and becoming an integral part of daily life in Central Florida’s most exciting development,” Summit Shah, President of Southeast Petro Distributors, Inc., the “owner and co-creator of Wyld Provisions,” said in that announcement. “We also have two exciting end cap opportunities available and are looking for partners to join us!”
