Fitler Sqaure’s newest development, Extrava, marks its completion, becoming one of the largest single-family residences in the city. Starting at $4.2M, Extrava provides high-end living designed to bring buyers the space of the suburbs with all the amenities of city life.

Developed by Zatos Investments and sold by The Jim Roche Real Estate Team, the Extrava development has four five-story townhomes with over 5,000 square feet of living space, including three-car garages, multiple outdoor entertainment spaces, six-stop elevators, and other design features. The development sits on South 24th Street, nestled between Ionic and Bonsall Streets.

“Extrava marks the start of a new, lucrative chapter for the Jim Roche Real Estate Team,” said Jim Roche, CEO/Team Lead of Jim Roche Real Estate Team in a statement. “Extrava brings unprecedented living space and modernity to the residential real estate market, reimagining what luxury living looks like for the city of Philadelphia.”

Each townhome in the Extrava development will provide 5,300 square feet of living space –in a light or dark interior scheme — with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, two-story loft area, stone slab wine wall, a spa-inspired primary bathroom, and multiple outdoor spaces including a deck off the kitchen with a built-in grille and rooftop deck with an entertaining area and park views. The residences will also all feature high-performance, Sub-Zero Wolf appliances, Mobalco cabinetry, and Porcelanosa tile flooring throughout.
