7 Brew Coffee only recently percolated into New Jersey but has already made a powerful impact. The chain is continuing its expansion into the Garden State with plans for a location in Clementon, reports popular local media outlet 42 Freeway.

The rapidly growing brand received zoning board approval to set up shop at 1390 Blackwood-Clementon Road, but needs an ok from Camden County before it can move forward with this new location.

Should every i be dotted and t be crossed, 7 Brew will be moving into the spot currently occupied by the abandoned-but-still-standing United Check Cashing building. Plans call for the demolition of that particular 1,154 square foot building prior to the arrival of 7 Brew.

“Arrival” is used here quite literally; the company has a distinctive method of occupying its new homes. The 510 square foot buildings are primarily pre-fabricated and then delivered to their sites for final assembly.

Guests will be able to grab their java at either of 2 drive-thru lanes between 5:30 am and 10 pm, seven days a week.

The Clementon 7 Brew will be helmed by franchisees Shunori Ramanathan and Zach Rosskamm, who have a few other locations in the works and plans for several more.
