The franchise group Brew Team plans to caffeinate the greater Philadelphia area by bringing 7 Brew to Chester County.
“We have about 16 deals in the pipeline for this year for Pennsylvania that we’re planning. We do have potential sites that we’re in negotiation with,” Matt Peters told What Now Philadelphia.
Peters said the entire Brew Team franchise group plans to open more than 100 locations in 2026, with the 16 planned for Pennsylvania “part of the puzzle.”
“Not only do you need people and real capital, but you also need a brand that’s able to keep up with that. I think it really goes to show that everything 7 Brew, as a brand, is doing is working. It’s a real thing. It’s a real movement. It’s a revolution. It’s something that people are craving and desiring,” he said.
The chain offers a wide variety of drinks, including its signature “7 original coffees,” which feature flavors like Blondie, Brunette, Smooth 7, Cinnamon Roll, White Chocolate Mocha, German Chocolate and Sweet & Salty.
They also serve classics like lattes and cold brews, along with iced or frozen energy drinks, sparkling infused water, tea, lemonade, smoothies and shakes.
“My favorite go-to is Georgia Peach Green Tea. It’s strawberry and peach, and I actually add a scoop of coconut to it. It really balances out all the flavors,” Peters said. “There are over 20,000 different drink flavor combinations at 7 Brew, so there are a lot of different ways you can go about anything.”
The team recently opened a location in Collegeville and is eager to continue expanding east.
“We were doing a lot of westward development in the center of the state, but really excited to get closer to the Philly suburbs. So far, it’s been a super receptive opening [in Collegeville], and I’m just really excited for this year,” Peters said.
He continued, “We’re a people driven business. Our people are our main source of everything. The biggest thing that we serve and sell at 7 Brew is the customer experience. Seeing our people grow is really, really neat. Opportunities are ever-ending and always arising.”
This franchise group isn’t the only one bringing 7 Brew to the Philadelphia area.
Franchise owner Zach Rosskamm, along with his wife and business partner, Shunori Ramanathan, plans to open a Philadelphia location at 400 Woodhaven Road, What Now Philadelphia previously reported.
