Atlantic City will be getting a double-dose of Michael Schulson this year. The celebrated restaurateur is bringing two of his popular concepts to the Ocean Casino Resort this summer, reports The Philadelphia Business Journal.

Schulson will be opening both Pearl & Mary and Samuel’s-two drastically different concepts-on the lobby level of  500 Boardwalk. Each concept originated in Philadelphia.

Schulson developed Pearl & Mary, a seafood restaurant and oyster bar, in 2022 in Midtown Village. Once opened, the Atlantic City iteration will feature cocktails, a raw bar, and mixed crudos.

Samuel’s will provide hungry beach-goers with a Jewish deli experience. The eatery will offer a variety of sandwiches, pastries, and freshly baked breads.

Speaking of his upcoming Atlantic City projects, Schulson states “Having opened my first restaurant in Atlantic City more than 15 years ago, it’s apropos to be returning to the shore to work with Ocean, starting with these two incredible projects.”
