Bang Bang Hibachi, a grill and sushi restaurant, is opening a location at Quakertown Plaza in 2022. The restaurant will be located at 1465 W. Broad St.
Bang Bang Hibachi has an original location in Allentown on Lehigh Street. Gabe Amzallag, retail specialist for MSC Retail, confirmed the Quakertown location.
The restaurant serves up a variety of Japanese cuisine including sushi rolls, spring rolls, dumplings, fried rice, assorted bubble teas and more hibachi entrees.
Bang Bang Hibachi offers dine-in and pickup options. Customers who choose to dine-in can opt for the hibachi grill experience — seating is around the grill, guests order food and see it prepared in front of them on a high-heat cooking plate. Hibachi-style restaurants offer an entertainment aspect to dining in as the chef shows off by tossing food in the air, using skilled knife cutting maneuvers, playing with fire and more.
Bang Bang Hibachi will open around Feb. 1, 2022, Amzallag said.
