Hampden County will soon be able to enjoy one of the fastest growing chicken chains on the market. Raising Cane’s is bringing its signature tenders and sandwiches to the developing Beltway Commons shopping center, reports local media outlet Penn Live.

The unstoppable chicken juggernaut will occupy 3,615 square feet of the sprawling 132, 144 square foot shopping mecca, located at 5401 Carlisle Pike. An estimated opening date is not currently available. While the Beltway Commons have submitted a final land development deal, the project has faced seemingly endless delays since its initial proposal in 2019.

Raising Cane’s will be joining neighbors Cava, Panda Express, McCallister’s, and Starbucks in the shopping center, making the Beltway Commons a prime stop for hungry Hampden County residents looking for a quick bite to eat.

Raising Cane’s has been experiencing rapid growth since its inception in 1996. The past two years have been especially busy for the fast-casual chain, particularly on the East Coast. The restaurant owes much of its success to its simple but delicious menu. Raising Cane’s serves hot, fresh, made-to-order chicken tenders. Guests can choose between Texas Toast, crinkle-cut fries, and coleslaw for a side.
