Get ready, Philly-area foodies, you’re about to get a bumper crop of delicious dumplings. A trio of franchisees have signed on to bring 30 new Brooklyn Dumpling Shop locations to the region, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Alex Flack, Nick Sordoni, and Stephan Hudacek will be master-minding the chain’s expansion through Philadelphia and New Jersey. The three have an established history with the Brooklyn Dumpling Shop and aim to open another 2 to 3 locations in 2025.

No locations have been selected for the brand’s expansion across the City of Brotherly Love and beyond, though Flack, Sordoni, and Hudacek recently added Camden County to their territory.

While the entrepreneurs intend to open more of their own storefronts, they also intend to enlist help for the next ambitious stage of their partnership with the Brooklyn Dumpling Shop. Hudacek, Sordoni, and Flack are hoping to find sub-franchisees for markets including Allentown, Pittsburgh, and Harrisburg.

Speaking of the growth, Flack states “We’ve got a lot of room to grow and make this thing our own and really own the category, and we’re looking for great partners to do that with.”
