Bad news for Coatesville residents who have been chomping at the bit to sink their teeth into a delicious steak in an historic location. The opening of 30 Prime, the forthcoming steakhouse from hospitality power couple Philip and Kate Ferro, has been pushed back to 2026, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The upscale dining concept will be breathing a second life into the National Bank of Coatesville building, located at 112 East Lincoln Highway. Construction is set to begin on the project-long in the works-in the first quarter of 2025. While a prospective opening date is not currently available, the Ferros anticipate introducing Coatesville foodies to their next big obsession at some point next year.
The steakhouse will be moving into a beautiful Greek style building, erected in the early 1900s. 30 Prime will be the first non-bank to occupy the space, and intends to do so in an impactful and memorable way.
Alongside ala carte options, the restaurant will feature a $24.95 business lunch buffet spread, complete with rotating pasta chicken, fish, and soup options.
