The West Chester dining scene is about to get a little hotter. Crisp Chik’n is preparing to make a splash in the region with its signature approach to the hot chicken trend, reports Patch.

The restaurant will be opening its second location at 124 East Market Street. A precise opening date is not yet available, however Crisp Chik’n is aiming to open its doors in later summer, before the start of the new school year.

Owner Musa Kajdomqaj is enthusiastic about introducing the eatery’s unique menu to a new location. He states: “I am so excited to open the new location. This has been over 10 years in the making and I know being in West Chester is the perfect location for the newest location.”

Crisp Chik’n’s menu offers an impressive range of delectable meal choices. As the name suggests, the poultry is the star. The restaurant offers several different interpretations of the titular protein, ranging from classics like the crisp chik’n sandwich to more unexpected fare including the Korean BBQ sandwich. Customers can curate the heat level applied to their meal, choosing from no heat, hot, and insanely hot. Guests not in the mood for chicken needn’t worry; Crisp Chik’n offers a variety of burgers, and even provides vegetarian alternatives.

Crisp Chik’n’s hours of operation will be 11 am to 9 pm, Sunday through Thursday, and 11 am to 9:30 pm on Friday and Saturday.
