Exciting news for Jersey diners craving variety and convenience. Wonder, the food hall concept that simultaneously satisfies yens for a multitude of cuisines, is opening a Mount Laurel storefront later this year.
The chain will be bringing its distinctive model to 127 Ark Road. According to the company’s website, Wonder will be surfing into the region on a wave of warm weather. The food hall anticipates a June of 2025 opening.
Wonder has been working to reshape the perception of fast-casual dining since its debut in 2018. The chain has established a number of high-profile partnerships with renowned chefs, enabling it to recreate iconic dishes without the need for a team of cooks.
Wonder believes it will find a welcoming home in Philadelphia, a well-established foodie city. The brand’s distinctive model allows customers to order from a variety of restaurants, across a range of cuisines, all prepared to order and served on one tab. Wonder’s chief growth and marketing officer Daniel Schlossman tells The Philadelphia Inquirer: “We think Wonder will be a great fit alongside everything else Philly has to offer.”
