Fayette Street Oyster House & Grill Coming to Conshohocken

The restaurant is scheduled to open at 128 Fayette St. in April.

Conshohocken is getting a new surf and turf option. MoreThanTheCurve.com reports that Fayette Street Oyster House & Grill will move into 128 Fayette St., the former location of Tierra Caliente. Fayette Street Oyster House & Grill will be brought to you by Peter Dissin, owner of Pinefish in Philadelphia’s Washington Square neighborhood.

Dissin told MoreThanTheCurve that his new restaurant will seat between 80 and 90 and serve a “seafood-centric” menu with prime steak offerings. The bar will offer a craft cocktail menu with recipes from Hop Sing Laundromat, along with a selection of beer of wine. The contemporary decorated restaurant will also have some outdoor seating. Fayette Street Oyster House & Grill is expected to open for dinner by April 1 and eventually expand their hours in the fall.
