The Delaware County can look forward to an exciting new Italian-American concept in Summer of 2024. The Fearless Restaurant Group is bringing Testa Rossa to Glenn Mills next year, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The hospitality group originally intended to turn the former Ruby’s Diner building, located at 919 Baltimore Pike, into a third iteration of their popular Rosalie chain. However Fearless pivoted to a more casual concept upon assessing the neighborhood and its population.

Fearless’s director of development, Sydney Grims, explains the shift, stating “We feel as though the area had a void for a fun, vibrant Italian-American restaurant and we wanted to fill that void.”

Testa Rossa will be able to serve an impressive number of guests with both indoor and outdoor seating. The establishment will seat up to 180 customers inside, with accommodations for 100 patrons who prefer al fresco dining on an outdoor patio.

The eatery will offer a wide and fresh array of Italian cuisine, including house made pasta and pizza. Guests can also feed their hunger with salumi, Italian meats, and salads. Visitors with a sweet tooth can round out their meals with gelato, Chinotto floats, and pistachio milkshakes.
