Dart aficionados will soon have a new favorite Philadelphia hangout. International juggernaut, Flight Club, is coming to 1417 Walnut Street in 2024, reports The Philadelphia Inquirer.
Flight Club is taking over prime space in Philadelphia’s lucrative Rittenhouse Square district. The 7,500 square foot location occupies prime real estate, situated near the business district and positioned near Five Iron Golf, SPIN Philadelphia, and Puttshack at Liberty Place.
Flight Club will be housed in an historical Philadelphia building, designed by celebrated architect, Horace Trumbauer. The site has previously housed Morton’s Steakhouse.
A precise opening date has not been announced, however the company is aiming for a 2024 debut. Flight Club has not yet signed the lease for the location.
Flight Club invites visitors to enjoy quickly paced games of darts, while indulging in an expansive menu of sharable dishes and flatbreads. The bar offers an array of signature cocktails as well as wines and beers.
Flight Club took life in the United Kingdom in 2012. The establishment still has a relatively limited footprint in the United States. Flight Club currently has six American locations; Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston, and Las Vegas. The Philadelphia location will continue the brand’s progressive expansion.
