A new sports bar is preparing to make its presence known in New Jersey. Gametime Sportzbar is aiming to open at 500 Gateway Boulevard in Westville by late summer, reports local media outlet 42 Freeway.

Gametime Sportzbar is taking over the building previously inhabited by Hot Shots bar. The eatery is currently renovating the facility to make it opening-day ready. Gametime hopes to be able to greet guests by Labor Day weekend.

Gametime Sportzbar’s owner, Daniel Reyes, spoke to What Now Philadelphia about his plans and aspirations for the new concept. “We’re 15 minutes from the Eagles stadium”, states Reyes, “and we want to be the sports bar”.

Reyes and company are currently finishing up interior renovations. Gametime has a completely new kitchen, remodeled and improved bathroom facilities, and an upgraded bar.

Reyes explains that he is still in the process of finalizing the menu, as well as several other minor details. The business is actively hiring foodrunners, cooks, and bartenders.

Gametime Sportzbar will be open from 11 am to 12 am, Mondays through Sundays.

Reyes assures guests that once Gametime opens its doors, visitors can anticipate an enjoyable, memorable visit, saying customers will experience “good service, good food, good beer, and a lot of sports!”
