Gouldsburger’s Express to Feed Philly This Spring

The eatery will offer smaller versions of its popular dishes.

The owners of a popular New Jersey eatery are rounding out an already auspicious 2024 by entering the Philadelphia dining scene. Gouldsburger’s, the beloved Jersey eatery, will be opening a satellite location in the City of Brotherly Love this spring, reports local media outlet NJ Pen.

The newest location of the popular restaurant will be opening at 2 Logan Square this April. Gouldsburger’s Express will deviate somewhat from the traditional Gouldsburger’s model, in that it will strive to provide quicker, more efficient options for workers on the move.

The new concept will serve customers between 7 am and  6 pm, Monday through Saturday. Early bird visitors can look forward to ordering breakfast from 7 to 11 am.

The Gouldsburger’s Express menu will feature more modestly sized interpretations of the eatery’s favorite’s. Visitors will be able to order half-sized cheesesteaks, in an effort of sate their hunger without inducing intense, post-meal fatigue. 

Gouldsburger’s Express is partnered with Boaggio’s to provide fresh, delicious rolls for its sandwiches.
