Honeygrow has had a busy couple of years, spreading delicious, made-to-order stirfries across the East Coast. The beloved concept will further its pursuit of fast-casual domination with the debut of its first Lehigh Valley location next year, reports local media outlet WFMZ.

Honeygrow will be feeding customers out of 1872 Airport Road. The concept is moving into the old Liberty Travel storefront, strategically located between Chipotle and AT&T.

Lehigh Valley diners still have a bit of a wait before they can sample Honeygrow’s fare, however there is light on the horizon. Honeygrow marketing manager Lena Vergnes confirms that the Airport Pointe Shopping Center location will be opening in late summer or early fall of 2025.

Honeygrow has proven to be an impressive contender in the local dining scene. Since its founding in 2012, the concept’s healthier dishes and speedy service have helped the brand expand to more than 40 locations.

Honeygrow has several house recipes, however many customers are drawn in by the opportunity to curate their own meals. The eatery allows visitors to select a base, proteins, add-ins, sauces, and garnishes.
