An authentic Mexican eatery is set to bring its flavors to the Jersey Shore this summer.

Inky’s Cantina + Taqueria, a new concept from Blue Dog Hospitality Group, is set to open at 321 Roosevelt Blvd. in Marmora, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page.

“At Inky’s, tacos are life, and every problem can be fixed with tequila,” the page reads.

The menu has yet to be revealed, but with a slogan like that, guests can expect plenty of tacos and tequila.

Founded in 2020 by Dr. Tim Fox, Blue Dog Hospitality Group specializes in revitalizing and managing hospitality venues across South Jersey.

Inky’s will join the group’s growing portfolio, which includes the Deauville Inn in Strathmere and Yesterday’s Creekside Tavern, located just across the street. The group previously operated Captain Obadiah’s Seafood Market, the venue Inky’s will replace.

Keep an eye out for the opening date. A post teasing “Seize the Taco in May” hints Inky’s Cantina + Taqueria will open in time for Cinco de Mayo. Visit the website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for updates.
