Emmaus coffee fanatics, get ready for a brand-new way to get your fix. Let’s Go Coffee Company is bringing a wide range of java drinks and gluten-free treats to the Lehigh Valley, reports local media outlet WFMZ.

The eatery, owned by Mandy Seiss, will be serving customers at 358 Main Street, Unit B. The cafe is taking over the space vacated by Golden Trigger gun shop in 2023. While a precise opening date is not yet available, Seiss is hoping to open just in time for the colder weather; she is aiming for a late November or early December debut.

While Let’s Go will certainly delight coffee fans, the concept’s warm atmosphere and tasty treats promise to draw in even those who are java averse. Seiss describes her vision for the space, stating “So, we’re really excited to build a place to gather, do some work or just relax with a great cup of coffee and great baked good. It’ll have a cozy vibe, with light flooring and brighter colors, and walking down the stairs will kind of signify walking away from the chaos of the world. It’s our goal to create a peaceful place, where you can relax even just for a few minutes. The space also will be available for small gatherings, like non-profit meetings or business presentations.”

Seiss intends for Let’s Go to be truly immersed in the community. She is sourcing fresh ingredients from local providers. Future regulars needn’t worry about getting bored with the menu; it will feature rotating seasonal items.

Let’s Go will provide both sustenance and relief for visitors with dietary restrictions; every item will be completely gluten-free. Firehouse Coffee will be supplying the java.
