Beloved bakery, Liscio’s, is preparing to bring a multi-faceted dining experience to Glassboro. The eatery will take over the lot vacated by the Sav-A-lot supermarket at 557 North Delsea Drive, according to local media outlet Courier Post.

The new location provides Liscio’s with 21,420 square feet to be divided between retail, baking, and storage areas. 5,000 square feet will be devoted to the retail space, with the remaining area committed to storage and baking.

While Liscio’s has received approval from the township, the bakery still requires NJDDOT approvals. No official opening date has been announced for the new facility, as these permits are still pending.

Liscio’s, founded in 1994, is a comprehensive bakery. The establishment offers customers far more than simply baked rolls and breads. The eatery offers customers cakes, cookies, and even well-regarded pizzas and hoagies.

Liscio’s currently has three locations across New Jersey. The bakery has locations in Sewell and Sicklerville. The new location will be Liscio’s second Glassboro home.
