Mezeh Mediterranean Grill is bringing its fast-casual cuisine to New Jersey. The rapidly expanding chain will be opening its first location in the Garden State at 26 Centerton Road later this year, reports local media outlet WPST.

Mezeh, which specializes in assembly-line cobbled cuisine, will be taking over the spot vacated by B. Good in the Centerton Square shopping complex.

Mezeh remains coy about the precise opening date of the Mount Laurel location. Both the official Township of Mount Laurel Facebook page and the Mezeh website have the restaurant listed as “coming soon”. Signage indicates the renovations necessary to transform B. Good into Mezeh are underway.

Mezeh allows visitors to curate their dining experience. Guests craft their own Mediterranean bowls, flatbreads, wraps, and pita pockets from a variety of fresh, halal ingredients. Mezeh prepares its food in 100 percent olive oil and doesn’t use ingredients containing any preservatives, additives, or hormones.

Saleh Mohamadi, Steve Walker, and Tai Chiao founded Mezeh in 2012. Since its beginnings in Fairfax, Virginia, the brand has grown to include 49 locations across seven states.
