A growing fast-casual concept is helping Princeton shoppers eat a little healthier, without sacrificing flavor or ease. Mezeh, known for fresh meals made in house daily, is opening a new location in the Nassau Park Pavilion, reports local media outlet WPST.
The chain will be moving into space 33 at 510 Nassau Park Boulevard. Mezeh will be bringing its signature brand of delicious, made-to-order Mediterranean cuisine to a newly erected 2,301 square foot building in the shopping center. An opening timeline is not currently available.
Mezeh’s Nassau Park Pavilion restaurant has been in the works for quite some time; talks about the location began circulating in 2022. Mezeh’s opening is part of phase one of Nassau Park’s roll-out, alongside Wingstop, Paris Baguette, and Just Salad, as well as several major retailers. Many phase one shops have already opened, suggesting that the remaining restaurants-Mezeh included-will be prepared to greet customers soon.
Mezeh prepares all of its meals in-house daily. Guests can choose between rice bowls, salad bowls, and wraps. Patrons may choose from restaurant-crafted meals but many prefer to create their own dishes, selecting from base grains, greens, proteins, toppings, and sauces.
