A new fast-casual restaurant chain is set to open at the Plymouth Meeting Shopping Center in Conshohocken.

NAYA will take over the 2,450-square-foot space at Unit 125C, previously occupied by Five Guys, according to More Than A Curve.

NAYA serves Middle Eastern–inspired bowls, wraps, and salads in a build-your-own format. Diners choose a base such as vermicelli rice, brown rice and lentils, romaine, seasonal greens, or pita, then pick a protein, including chicken or beef shawarma, chicken or lamb kebabs, falafel, or roasted cauliflower. They top meals with unlimited sauces and vegetables, from hummus and baba ghanouj to pickled vegetables and garlic whip.

The menu accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal diets, highlighting traditional flavors in customizable, made-to-order meals.

NAYA began as NAYA Mezze and Grill, a full-service restaurant in New York City, when Hady Kfoury founded it in 2008. Raised in Beirut, Lebanon, Kfoury spent summers visiting his aunt in Midtown East and missed the authentic Lebanese flavors of home. He created NAYA to introduce those traditional dishes to the United States.

As the location gained popularity, he developed a fast-casual concept delivering the same bold, authentic flavors.

NAYA now operates 40 locations across New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. The Conshohocken location will expand the brand’s growing footprint.

Although NAYA has not announced an official opening date, visit the website and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for updates.
