Mont Clare Deli & Market will resume delicatessen operations at 500 Bridge St. in Mont Clare, PA this spring. The location was once home to Eagles Nest Deli and was purchased by wife and husband Laura Vernola and Ed Simpson, who also own Steel City Coffeehouse & Brewery.

PhillyBite reports that the location will continue selling classic “Eagle Nest” sandwiches and zeps. Mont Clare Deli & Market will add made-to-order cheesesteaks, grab & go prepared meals, vegan and gluten-free options, expanded breakfast and coffee offerings, and pastries. In addition to their full kitchen, the elevated deli will also have a smoker and outdoor seating.
