A popular New Jersey ice creamery has big plans for spreading its signature sweetness throughout the Garden State. Nicholas Creamery, which has already made a huge impression in Jersey, has plans for up to six new locations in the next 3 to 5 years, reports local media outlet Asbury Park Press.
While the ice creamery has not announced official addresses for its impending locations, the owners are exploring spaces in Marlboro, Brick, and Freehold. Management is striving to keep the brand local, providing its unique and delectable small-batch ice cream to the region.
Nicholas Creamery is the passion project of co-owners Nicholas Harary, Melissa Harary, and Jodie Edwards. The shop has a simple and pure goal; Nicholas Harary states: “Our goal was to make really good ice cream and make people happy.”
Nicholas Creamery has already established itself as a dairy force to be reckoned with. The growing company currently has 5 locations spread across New Jersey, in the Atlantic Highlands, Fair Haven, Tinton Falls, Long Branch, and Middletown.
