A beloved Philly Chinese restaurant will be packing up its pots and pans and moving to a new location this spring. Han Dynasty will be relocating its Old City location once its lease is up this April, reports The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Han Chiang will be moving his restaurant from 123 Chestnut Street to 110 Chestnut Street. While a precise date hasn’t been stated for the opening of the new location, Han Dynasty’s lease for its current home runs out on March 31, so it is likely the new space will open in early April.

Han Dynasty earned an avid fan following when it opened its first restaurant in Exton in 2007. The eatery has expanded to include 10 restaurants across Philadelphia and New York City. Han Dynasty specializes in delicious and authentic Sichuan Chinese cuisine. Chiang describes the restaurant’s culinary mission on the website, stating “My food is a perfect balance of spice, numbness, saltiness, and flavor.”
