- An inoperable refrigerator was being used for storage. Ice buildup was observed in the walk-in freezer.
- Grease and soil accumulation were found on the kitchen hood. Dust and debris were observed along floors and above equipment.
- No covered trash can was present in the upstairs restroom.

Follow-up Inspection

The establishment must correct all violations and meet Philadelphia Health Code standards before reinspection.
The bakery is required to obtain and submit proof of a current food license. In addition to that, the establishment must also provide a Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate within 30 days. If the bakery fails to file for re-inspection, it can lead to other legal action and possible closure.
