Setting out to truly prove that no one out pizzas the Hut, a prolific franchise group is bringing another location of the popular brand to New Jersey. PCF Restaurant Group, the masterminds behind 29 Pizza Hut restaurants, is opening a new storefront in Hazlet this summer, reports local media outlet Asbury Park Press.

The venerable pizzeria is moving into a 1,500 square foot space at 3073 Route 35. PCF Restaurant Group president and CEO Ed Herron tells What Now Philadelphia that the Hazlet Plaza location appeals because it has a “great community and dense population.”

The new location is part of the hospitality group’s larger efforts to develop further in New Jersey. Herron states “We’re growing the restaurant count in Middlesex and Monmouth counties…Old Bridge, Hazlet, and Perth Amboy will all open in 2024.”

Hazlet residents can look forward to ordering their favorite pies this summer; Herron says the storefront is on track to open in late July.
