A former Haddon salon will soon be starting a new life as a neighborhood-favorite cafe. Royal Mile Coffee Roasters is moving into the former home of Supercuts in the Haddon Towne Center later this year, reports local media outlet NJ Pen.

The 1,250 square foot storefront, located at 225 Haddon Avenue, Unit 1102-A, will be Royal Mile’s second location in Haddon Township. The space will allow the eatery to serve between 20 and 30 guests at a time. Royal Mile is aiming to open its doors this summer.

While the new location will feature all of the coffee that Royal Mile’s fans have come to know and love, the shop will deviate from others in that it will feature a once-a-week coffee speakeasy. This feature will be available by reservation only on Fridays after the storefront has closed. Visitors will be able to enjoy mocktails, finger foods, and limited-edition coffees.
Founder and owner Jaime Blanchard is looking forward to expanding the brand’s reach in Haddon. He states ““I’ve always wanted to be in the Haddon Towne Center. We like that spot; we knew our customers were there.”
