A Parryville restaurant is getting a second act, courtesy of a popular local brewery. Seven Sirens Brewing Company has big plans to breathe new life into The Riverwalck Saloon, reports local media outlet WFMZ.

Seven Sirens is currently under contract for the restaurant’s 101 Centre Street location. The brewery’s team has pretty extensive changes planned for the Saloon-according to a post shared on Seven Sirens’ Facebook page, it is hoping to make Riverwalck functionally into its third location. The necessary work will be relatively intensive and Seven Sirens is aiming for a spring of 2025 debut.

Seven Sirens’ changes to the property will surpass just the aesthetic aspects; the brewery will be working with the Carlino family, who owns the Pizza Joint, to overhaul the food menu. Despite the many changes the new owners have planned for Riverwalck, they have expressed great respect and admiration for the Saloon. The post states “The team at Riverwalck has done an AMAZING job making the place what it is today and we intend to keep every one of them employed during and after the transition. There are always opportunities for growth and we hope that we can lead our new Brady-Bunch of a team into the next chapter of The Riverwalck’s future.”

While the Saloon will look very different next year, Seven Sirens is invested in honoring the locals who have loved it. Ownership sums up their intentions, saying “To the locals and regular patrons of The Riverwalck, we aim to make you proud and welcome any/all feedback during this process.”
