A local couple is ensuring that a Perkasie cafe has a second life. Adrienne and Donte King are making moves to seamlessly transition Rise & Grind into the So Fresh So Green Juice Co. Cafe, reports local media outlet Phillyburbs.com.

The enterprising duo are hoping to make the evolution of concepts at 1 North 7th Street as smooth as possible. The Kings do not intend to close the establishment during the transition period; the pair will soft open So Fresh So Green on November 1, and have a full, grand re-branding in spring of 2025.

While the cafe is still ironing out the specifics of its new incarnation, Adrienne King assured What Now Philadelphia she would provide more details as they become available.

The Kings began So Fresh So Green during the quarantine years. The husband-and-wife duo applied a love for music to a passion for delicious juices, and an exciting new concept was born. The So Fresh So Green website describes the company’s ethos, stating “We are a family-owned small batch juicing company, based in Perkasie (Hilltown) PA. We procure our ingredients and produce our juices locally. Our mission is to change the culture around juicing to a fun culture that enables people to grab readily available relatable juice options that support their overall health and lifestyle.”

While the new cafe will maintain much of Rise & Grind’s menu, it will, of course, also prominently feature So Fresh So Green’s cold-pressed juices, smoothies, salads, grain bowls, and soups.
