Seattle’s most popular export has plans to bring its java to a new and unique Philly location. Starbucks is pursuing a cafe in Thomas Jefferson University’s Gibbon Building, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The coffee giant will be opening on the ground floor of 111 South 11th Street in late November or early December. The 4,200 square foot shop will have both a street entrance and one from within the hospital, allowing Starbucks to serve both Jefferson visitors and workers and members of the local community.

John Betz, a Starbucks representative and licensee states: ““We’re looking forward to taking care of the surrounding community in addition to the hospital community. It’s a really unique location.”

While the cafe will be open to the public, the hours will be limited. Starbucks will be open to everyone from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., after which it will close to the public and continue to serve the Jefferson community until 10 p.m.
