Camp Hill is preparing to enjoy another sip of high-quality caffeination. Beloved coffee giant Starbucks is expanding its empire in the region by opening a new location in the southeast corner of the South Hampden Shopping Center, reports local media outlet Penn Live.

The beloved cafe will be occupying a newly erected 2,400 square foot building located at 3431 Simpson Ferry Road. The stand-alone store will feature a drive-thru for customers in a hurry. An opening timeline is not currently available.

Starbucks began pursuing its Camp Hill location last August, when it petitioned for land development approval. The chain’s arrival is part of a larger push by Presbyterian Development LLC, the South Hampden Shopping Center’s owner, to transition the space from industrial usage to commercial.

Starbucks will be a neighbor to existing businesses certain to drum up considerable foot traffic, including Aldi, Big Lots, Lower Allen Diner, and AMC Classic Camp Hill 12.
