The Brandywine, the Main Line’s newest boutique hotel, is set to open this spring with two on-site dining concepts.

The hotel, at 165 King of Prussia Rd., will operate as a Marriott Bonvoy Tribute Portfolio property managed by Aimbridge Hospitality. Its two dining concepts, Merrick’s Tavern and Pomelo Rooftop, will also be operated by the company, a spokesperson told What Now Philadelphia.

Merrick’s Tavern will occupy the ground floor of The Brandywine.

“Designed for easy gatherings and thoughtful conversations, and where warm, attentive service meets classic flavors and thoughtfully crafted cocktails,” the tavern shared via Facebook.

The refined yet approachable menu will feature regional American classics. A curated cocktail program will spotlight bourbon and rye, alongside local brews and an extensive wine list.

Pomelo Rooftop will be located on the top of the hotel.

“From morning to evening, Pomelo Rooftop Terrace sets the tone with effortless service, imaginative cocktails, and a destination designed for connection and celebration,” the lounge shared via Facebook.

The cocktail menu will draw from nature’s apothecary, featuring locally sourced ingredients with global inspiration.

The Brandywine, developed by Brandywine Realty Trust, will offer 121 rooms for guests. The guestrooms blend elegance with modern style, featuring soft hues and natural textures, and include suites with private outdoor patios.

The president and CEO of Brandywine Realty Trust said he is eager to introduce the new hotel to the Radnor community and visiting guests alike.

“We are thrilled to introduce The Brandywine, a reflection of our continued commitment to our customers and the communities where we invest,” Jerry Sweeney said in a statement. “By partnering with Marriott and Aimbridge, we’re delivering an upscale hospitality experience that enhances our mixed‑use approach in Radnor, strengthens the amenity base for our office tenants, and brings something truly distinctive to suburban Philadelphia.”
