The Shake Seafood restaurant is planning on opening a new location at 180 W. Girard Ave in Philadelphia. Not much is known about the timeframe for now, but What Now Philadelphia will be sure to update you when we know more information.
The Shake Seafood‘s Instagram describes the restaurant as a “New Orleans-style seafood restaurant that brings the fun and atmosphere of the Big Easy right here to Philly. We’re all about letting loose, and that means enjoying a heaping helping of your favorite seafood armed with gloves, a bib, and a smile on your face. Mix and match the items you want, choose your spice and sauces, then prepare yourself as we cook everything made-to-order just for you!”
The restaurant sells just about every seafood item you could think of ordering. Crawfish, steamed oysters, snow crab legs, shrimp, with or without their heads, baby clams, mussels and black mussels, lobster tails, scallops, and Dungeness crab.
They serve fried baskets of fish like Tilapia and catfish, seafood like shrimp, soft shell crab, calamari, crab cakes, scallops, and even a fried chicken tender basket for the people who don’t want seafood. Likewise, they serve Cajun-style, lemon pepper, and buffalo wings for the non-seafood crowd.
The restaurant also serves crab meat rolls with Cajun fries and regular fries, Cajun and shrimp fried rice, crabmeat soup, garlic, and shrimp garlic noodles. You definitely have a lot of choices at The Shake Seafood restaurant and they have Cajun-style dishes to tempt your tastebuds.
