Thrill seeking Philadelphians hungry for an exciting new experience that blends problem-solving with gaming need look no further. Beat The Bomb, an unprecedented recreation extravaganza will be expanding its unique brand to Philadelphia in summer of 2024.
The impending Philly center is Beat The Bomb’s opening salvo in a broader United States expansion plan. While an official address has not been announced for the City of Brotherly Love’s location, the unique facilities occupy 10,000 square feet.
Beat The Bomb invites guests to participate in games that fuse the best elements of escape rooms, video games, problem solving and game shows. In a press release shared with What Now Philadelphia, founder Alex Patterson, who is also one of the brains behind the wildly popular Tough Mudder races, explains his inspiration, stating “Most video games isolate a person in front of a screen. Beat The Bomb is using video game technology to create social gaming experiences that bring people together, creating shared memories and building stronger relationships.”
Beat The Bomb provides repast for hungry visitors at its Bomb Bar. The eatery offers full bar service, complete with cocktails, slushies, and beloved bar foods. Diners can enjoy pizza, nachos, slider, and hotdogs.
