Lower Allen Township residents, here’s the scoop on a sweet local development. Urban Churn, an ice cream shop that uses all-natural ingredients to craft its delicious treats, is opening a new location in Mechanicsburg, and the signs point to an impending opening, reports local media outlet Penn Live.

The concept is setting up its latest storefront in the Rossmoyne Business Center. Urban Churn will be occupying the space at 4902 Louise Drive that previously housed a cafe called BCB Rossmoyne. While a precise opening date is not yet available, signage is up at the ice cream parlor’s new home.

In addition to ice cream made with all-natural ingredients, Urban Churn offers a range of unexpected and rotating desserts. The website explains: “We pride ourselves in offering unique, craft desserts inspired by cultures from around the world. Instead of your typical hot fudge sundae or banana split, we offer desserts such as Lemon Bar Sundaes, Bourbon Banana Split, Baklava Ice Cream Sandwiches, Tiramisu Sundaes and more.”
