Fred and Steve Vicario are bringing Crave Cookies to New Jersey. The entrepreneurial brothers will be opening their first Crave shop at 629 Cross Keys Road reports local media outlet, 42 Freeway.

The Vicarios hope to open Crave in about three months. The building needs to undergo construction and the brothers are waiting on finalized architectural plans.

Cookies are a deviation for the brothers, who have also developed the Cherry Blow Dry Bar franchise and  Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. However, the Vicarios did thorough research before entering this new project. Fred and Steve visited Crave’s homebase in Utah before signing on to develop the concept.

Fred Vicario spoke to What Now Philadelphia about opening Crave’s first New Jersey store, stating of its Sicklerville location “It’s a busy thoroughfare and a lot of food concepts do well there.”

New Jersey is only the beginning for the Vicario brothers and Crave. Fred explains that the duo are the store’s regional developers for New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. “We’re opening a few ourselves and will be looking for franchisees”, Vicario adds.

Crave Cookies specializes in warm, fresh, gourmet cookies. The store has particularly won over skeptics through its stuffed cookies, like the Cocoa de Leche and Biscoff Explosion.

Vicario assures customers they can expect fresh, delicious cookies once Crave opens its doors later this year.
