Nanaya owner Eddie Chow certainly has a lot of plans for the Valley this year. Later this month, Moto Moto will debut at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Phoenix and a yet-to-be-named concept will follow in Scottsdale.
We did mention that Chow had a third concept in the works called Matsuri. Based on findings in city of Phoenix public records, we have reason to believe that Matsuri is likely going to be located at 699 S. Mill Ave. in Tempe.
Chow was a bit more tightlipped when it came to his intentions for Matsuri, given that this concept was still in its early stages of development. While everything is currently left to the imagination, he did let us know that Matsuri will hopefully be ready to open by August.
Whatever is on the menu at Matsuri, we’re sure that it is going to be a delicious affair with Japanese flavor. After all, Nanaya is quite a success so far, while the onset of Moto Moto seems promising. If we get more information, we will be sure to post an update. Stay tuned.
