Nite Creamery, the shop that creates ice cream to order, is opening its second Phoenix-area location.
The California-based ice creamery will open a shop at 17865 W. Bell Road in Surprise. Nino Eng, who owns Nite Creamery with wife, Cher, tells What Now Phoenix that the new location is expected to be open May or June of 2026. “Surprise is a rapidly growing town, and we’re glad to be a part of that,” he shared. The Surprise shop is also the first Nite Creamery franchise, with Nick Cantor and Flavio Salazar, III owner/operators of the new shop. According to Eng, this is the first of a multi-unit deal with Cantor and Salazar, so expect more Nite Creamery shops opening in the future.
In a sea of ice cream shops, Nite Creamery sets itself apart by offering the freshest ice cream possible using quality ingredients, then flash freezing the ingredients with liquid nitrogen to create single batch ice cram on demand every time. “We strongly believe that we are the future of ice cream,” says Eng. “We put a lot of attention and detail into the product and the experience.” Eng is so sure that customers will love their ice cream, that they come with a guaranty: “If you don’t like what you ordered, we’ll make you another one. That’s why we have a really high happiness rate.”
With an average five-star rating on Google, customers agree that Nite Creamery is a favorite.
Eng says that there’s room for all kinds of ice creams, but when you serve “earth’s creamiest ice cream”, there’s an advantage. “People come in and they want something sweet and then we blow their minds. If you try our ice cream, we’ll turn you into a loyal customer. We want to keep you forever.”
