Project Lean Nation is planning its first Arizona location.

Instagram account Upper Westside Phoenix discovered that the healthful eating spot will open at 9785 West Happy Valley Road Suite 1170, in Peoria.  The company’s website confirms the news, with franchise owners Kyle and Courtney Bridges expecting a June 27th opening date.

Project Lean Nation promotes healthier eating by offering healthful, chef-driven ready-to-eat meals that are offered to clients with the help of nutritional coaching. The aim of this two-step approach is to provide guidance along with convenience that helps people achieve their health  goals. The membership program allows clients to have access to one-on-one coaching and holistic health tracking in addition to delicious meals that area tailored to help people reach their weight loss or fitness goals easily.

Kyle Bridges tells Whatnow Phoenix that Project Lean Nation tailors a plan to each individual and their goals using body scanners and consultations. “We take that information to help suggest what they might need.” The most popular option includes a weekly pickup of meals, can range from a few meals to an entire month’s worth of meals picked up at one time.

Meals are low-sodium and gluten-free, with no added seed oils. Customers are able to pick up a week’s worth of food in one convenient stop, choosing from a vast menu of options such as Nashville hot chicken, spicy peach wing bites, steak tacos, and lasagna. Project Lean Nation also sells protein shakes, healthy snacks, and other supplies.
